These terms and conditions apply to the Khushu app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Furkan Kaya (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivati
Service Modifications and Charges
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Family Controls and App Blocking Features
The Application offers features that allow users to manage or restrict access to other mobil

sponsible for configuring the blocking schedules and selecting which applications are restricted. No Liability for Access: The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from the inability to access certain applications on your device while the blocking feature is active.
System Dependencies: The functionality of the Family Controls feature depends on the iOS operating system and the permissions you grant. The Service Provider does not guarantee that blocking will be 100% effective at all times due to potential system updates or device limitations.
Security and Device Integrity
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, compromise security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Connectivity and Data Usage
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance. You accept responsibility for any charges from your mobile provider, including roaming data charges if used outside your home territory.
Accuracy of Information
While the Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is updated and accurate at all times (including prayer time calculations), they rely on third parties to provide information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality or data provided by the Application.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application at any point. You agree to always accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must cease using and (if necessary) delete the Application.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
